Ebee is a Kenyan electric bicycle company. They sell, lease and service electric bicycles to individuals and businesses. The ebees promote environmental responsibility while providing a healthy, fun, and economical alternative to mobility. The extra boost makes it easy to get up hills, with half of all riders using their e-bikes daily to earn a living.
Assignment
Ebee believes its times to expand the business outside the capital and introduce the electrical bike outside of Nairobi. Irshaad Makame, a Bedrijfskunde student, came up with a business plan on how Ebee can tackle this. Irshaad will take on this assignment as part of his Bachelor thesis. Several students from the study International Business also dived into this assignment as part of their so called Synergy Lab. Our team member, Nikhil Satija, will be coaching the students druing their semester.
